It is recommended that adults should do some form of physical activity for at least 150 minutes a week, this is as little as 22 minutes per day.

How will being Active help me?
Being active helps you to manage your weight. Managing your weight gives you control of your body, giving you confidence, aims and achievable targets whilst also giving you routine. Being active allows you to meet new people – gym sessions/classes and finding out about others who you can help who can help and motivate you with your own.
