Lift Someone Out Of Loneliness

Loneliness can have a major impact on our mental wellbeing.

The Better Health – Every Mind Matters Campaign is set up to focus primarily on 16-34 year olds. Research shows that this age group are more likely to feel lonely than others but are also less likely to reach out for help.

If you know someone who feels lonely a simple gesture and question to catch up goes further than you may think. A stroll and a chat, a coffee, lunch or even a phone call are some ideas to get them talking and make them realise they are not alone.
